How long does it take to build a Website?
The project’s size and complexity and the amount of content you have readily available will determine the project length. On average, a website takes 6-8 weeks from beginning to end.
Do I need my domain name and web hosting?
Yes, and we can help you set this up. If you have an existing provider, we will assess the hosting currently in place, and if it fits, we will try to work with them. If not, we will make recommendations based on your needs.
I’ve never built a website before. How does this process work?
That’s why we are here! We are not a bunch of techie nerds that spew jargon. We help you understand and learn the process of online marketing. So any questions you have along the way, feel free to ask!
I need my website to work on smartphones, is that possible, and is it extra?
Yes, it will work on smartphones. That’s called a responsive website. We do not charge to develop a mobile version of your website; it’s industry standard. It will be optimized so visitors can view it from a desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
I’m not that technical. Do you provide training?
After every website we develop, we train our clients on how to use their site efficiently. We have video tutorials on your website’s admin area, and we do a project training meeting to walk you through how to monitor, use, and maintain your website before launch.
Do you build eCommerce/Online Store websites?
Of Course! With online shopping being the wave of the future, the demand will be there, and we are here to help build it for you.
Do you only work with WordPress?
While our primary focus is WordPress-based websites, we have worked with Shopify too. Shopify is a fully managed eCommerce platform and works well for the correct use case. If we see that it serves you well, we will suggest it, but we can do what Shopify can do with WordPress.
If we work together, how do we contact you?
We always display our cautious approach by using reliable project management tools. We utilize a project management portal to keep all project communication and files in one place, and we utilize Zoom for any virtual/live communication. If we support your website after it has gone live, we have a dedicated help-desk you can contact via email to ensure timely support for you and others.
What type of support do you provide?
We have a team of developers that are monitoring each site we build 24/7. Our goal is to give you peace of mind that your site is monitored for uptime, security, and speed.
