We only work with CMSs that have visual builders, commonly called Page Builders. While some of the elements are built with custom CSS/JS/HTML, we do not support headless architecture or custom web apps.

Yes, there is a 12-month minimum commitment. There are three reasons why:

• Results don’t happen instantly. Achieving strong results takes more than a few weeks and authority isn’t built overnight. You can do all the right things but still have to bide your time. There is always low-hanging fruit that will start moving the needle, but a good ROI takes time.

• Issues can be deeper than initially thought. Some websites are so severely messed up that a lot of time must be spent fixing the problems rather than on actual marketing. It’s our job to diagnose and resolve these issues. 

• Avoids false expectations. Every agency wants to promise the moon. And even when the agency is completely upfront and honest about those expectations, it’s inevitable that someone still wants results more quickly, regardless of the circumstances. If you’re committed to the support you’ll receive, you are less likely to rely on false expectations and more likely to stay the course, allowing the results to come within the appropriate time frame.

After the initial 12 months, you are switched to month to month and can cancel at any time.

We prefer flat-fee pricing over hourly billing or a point system because it’s better for two reasons:

• Predictability: In our experience, hourly billing or a points system can be unpredictable, and you may not know how much you will be charged until you receive the invoice. With flat-fee pricing, you aren’t nickel and dimed for support.
• Consistency: With hourly billing or a points system, the level of available support can vary from month to month, depending on your needs. With our flat-rate pricing, you can expect the same level of support each month and no need to track hours or points each month. This consistency earns and builds trust between us.

You have access to a personalized Client Portal that’s connected to our internal Helpdesk. That way async communication happens in near real time.

On average, most tasks are completed within 1-3 Business Days. Some do take longer, but we will communicate this. Every task is different. As best practice, we prefer to plan two-week sprints to keep a structure around how task are performed and to minimize any unnecessary confusion. Emergencies are classified as your site is down/unavailable or a change has broken a major function of an automation rendering it unusable. These are handled ASAP.

While content and copywriting are not our primary focus, we do offer limited copy writing/editing services, such as updating landing pages for errors or creating SEO-focused blog articles targeting specific keywords.
