• Avoids false expectations. Every agency wants to promise the moon. If you’re committed to the support you’ll receive, you are less likely to rely on false expectations and more likely to stay the course, allowing the results to come within the appropriate time frame.

After the initial 12 months, you are switched to month to month and can cancel at any time.

With our flat-rate pricing, you can expect the same level of support each month and no need to track hours or points each month. This consistency earns and builds trust between us.

You have access to a personalized Client Portal that’s connected to our internal Helpdesk. That way async communication happens in near real time.

On average, most tasks are completed within 1-3 Business Days. Some do take longer, but we will communicate this. Every task is different. As best practice, we prefer to plan two-week sprints to keep a structure around how task are performed and to minimize any unnecessary confusion. Emergencies are classified as your site is down/unavailable or a change has broken a major function of an automation rendering it unusable. These are handled ASAP.
